Cetaphil Celebrates 70th Anniversary

My sister has sensitive skin. Not all facial washes and lotions works well with her skin that’s why she only uses Cetaphil because of its gentle cleansing power. I tried it out before and I have to say they are absolutely mild.

Last May 2017, Galderama celebrated the 70th Anniversary of Cetaphil. Fun fact, the first product of the brand, Cetaphil Cleansing Lotion, was invented in 1947.

“With its gentle and clinically proven formulas, Cetaphil reinforces and protects the structure of the skin – even in people with the most sensitive and delicate skin” explained Dr Eszter Baltas, dermatologist who contributed to developing Cetaphil products and now Associate Professor at the  Department of Dermatology and Allergology in Szeged, Hungary. “Thanks to its long heritage, based on in-depth understanding of dermatology, Cetaphil offers reliable, scientifically-tested solutions.”

The event was held at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel. There were Cetaphil products on display by the entrance of the event hall.

As I look at the different Cetaphil products, I think of its humble beginnings from 70 years before. Now Cetaphil is available in more than 70 countries all over the world offering wide array of skincare products from moisturizers to baby products, cleansers to solutions for various conditions such as eczema, acne and rosacea.

Specifically formulated to provide effective skincare for a variety of skin types and conditions, Cetaphil has become one of the top skincare brands recommended by dermatologists and other healthcare professionals across the world.

I received this fantastic glass casing with Cetaphil’s bestselling products inside. It was as grand as the celebration of its 70 years.
