Hari Raya is one of our most important festive season to continuously engage with our customers. Aside from the innovation of products available at our stores during this festive season, this year we are sending across the message of preparing oneself to be ‘cun’ to celebrate this special occasion.” – Danny Hoh (Head of Marketing, Watsons MY)
I was very luck to have finally gone to the iconic KL Tower and dine at the top of Malaysia, thanks to Watson’s Malaysia.
I was invited to attend their exclusive buka puasa that was distinctly Malaysian. The venue is lined with authentic Malaysian cuisine by Chef Ismail Ahmad.
I was also there to witness the revelation of their newest music video that was to jump start its Hari Raya campaign.
The Raya Ni Mesti Cun music video proved to be a star studded video as it is anchored by popular Malaysian actresses, Sari Yanti, Raja Ilya and Mawar Rashid. It also featured cameo appearances by top Malaysian personalities including Amber Chia, Kit Mah, Arja Lee, Monika Sta. Maria, Daya Bakar, Shuk SYJ, Nadia Heng, Nadine Ann Thomas, Wafa de Korte and Nomad.

I have to say the upbeat song is very catchy!
In conjunction to the media launch of the video, Watsons Malaysia also unveiled #Koleksicun, their limited edition cushion and bedsheet, designed by Dr. Eric Leong in collaboration with Akemi.
This limited edition cushion is available at all Watsons store from June 16 to August 31.
- For every RM 20 spend at Watsons (store and online), customer receives one e-stamp. [NOTE: extra e-stamp is given when customer buys any Watsons brand during the campaign period.
- It is made available with five e-stamp and purchase of RM 14.90 onwards.
And this is for a cause too! As for every bedsheet redeemed, Watsons Malaysia pledged to donate a blanket to the homeless via Kechara Soup Kitchen Society.
And here’s a random wefie of me and the gang! I missed these lovely people. 🙂
