Last February 11, 2017 I was able to experience a one-of-a-kind Pre-Valentine event called “Love Is In The Air” at Zoocobia in Clark, Pampanga thanks to Zoomanity Group. We had about 3 hours trip by van going to the venue. I was truly amazed by the number of adventures and activities that awaited us for this trip.
Zoocobia is a fun and amusing zoo theme park that offers a variety of interesting and enjoyable activities and attractions.
Upon arrival we were welcomed by Zoocobia’s mascot by the entrance.
We then proceeded with the tour of the place starting with the Birds of Paradise where I was able to get a closer look at awesome birds like owls and eagles.
After which we went to the Zoocology Museum and roamed around the mini zoo where I got to feed a Bearcat and monkeys.
We walked towards The Maze where we got lost numerous times.
But my favorite part was when I got a chance to ride the Zooc Ride, the first gravity ride in the Philippines! It was absolutely thrilling!
I also got to check out The Barn where they house ponies, camels, deers, hound dogs, goats, ducks, pigs and horses.
Then we took a look at Clarkzilla Adventure, the new adventure park beside Zoocobia. Too bad we weren’t able to experience the exciting activities there such as the 4×4 ide, ATV Ride… but I was able to try the Zipline, which was really fun.
There was also the giant slide and you can ride a camel too, but I wasn’t able to try those out.
Later that night at 7pm, the Night Owl Show commenced. I was lucky to be able to be seated in front because I was able to witness a very spectacular show featuring Animal Parade, Horses on Parade, Aeta’s Tribal Show, the LED dancers and the Neon Show. What I love about it is that they also featured the Aeta’s as the show’s talents giving them an opportunity to shine.
But my fave part of the show was the Fire Dancers… especially when the Fireworks Display started after the show!
And to cap the night, I was able to experience for the very first time… lighting up a wish lantern and watch it fly. By the time all the lanterns were lit, I watched them all float to the sky. The moment was magical. I remembered that scene from “Tangled” when Rapunzel was watching the wish lanterns in the sky… at the back of head I can hear “I See The Light” playing in the background.
I definitely recommend going to Zoocobia if ever you plan on driving over to Clark Pampanga. It’s a must that you experience the adventure activities there!
